We’re heading back to Centro Tijuana for a walking tour of the city’s greatest hits — including the birthplace of the Caesar Salad at Caesar’s Restaurant, craft brews at Norte Brewing, modern Baja cuisine at Luciana, and classic cantina vibes at Dandy del Sur.
Along the way, I’ll share colorful stories, surprising history, and local folklore that bring Tijuana’s heart and soul to life.
